How it works:

 

Simply record yourself singing all or part of a song which you feel best shows your vocal abilities. The recording does not have to be of professional quality - (we are evaluating your voice not your sound system). The recording can be sent to us electronically or mailed to us on cassette, VHS, CD or DVD. Within 48-72 hours after receiving recording you will receive a personalized report from Ava giving you a complete critique on your singing abilities along with suggestions on how to improve your singing and more.

 

We accept files in virtually any file format (.WAV, .MP3, .AVI, .MOV, etc…) If you are unfamiliar
with how to record your voice on the computer we have simple instructions describing how
to do this. (click for details)

We also accept singing samples on cassette, VHS, CD or DVD which you can mail to us - you will be supplied an address to mail your cassette too - this method will take a little longer to get the results back as we will need to wait until we receive your recording in the mail.

 

The cost of the singing evaluation is $19.99. This is great price considering that you are getting an expert critique of your singing abilities along with suggestions on how to improve your voice. Ava has evaluated 1000‘s of singers and has trained numerous singing stars. She has an amazing ear for evaluating an individual’s voice!

 

After your singing evaluation if you have further questions and would like to discuss technique on how to further improve your singing you can arrange an individual phone consultation with Ava. The cost is $45.00 for a 25 minute private phone consultation. You will book a time that is convenient for you and Ava will call you at your desired phone number which you provide. This service is only available for individuals living within the United States.

 

What you can expect to receive from your personal vocal evaluation:

Ava has evaluated 1000‘s of singers and has trained numerous singing stars. She has an amazing ear for evaluating an individual’s voice!

You will be emailed a personalized, in depth report evaluating your singing abilities. The report will be supplied in PDF format which can be easily viewed and printed.

The report will contain a full explanation of the following...

Evaluation of your vocal tone - including:
• Identifying your correct vocal range (i.e. Soprano, Tenor, Alto etc...)
• Detecting pitch accuracy (if you are in key)
• Diction and articulation

How to record your singing sample into an mp3 for online submission:

To record your voice on your computer all you need is a microphone attached to your computer and a sound recording program. After hooking up your microphone you can record your voice using any sound recording program. If you do not have a sound recording program we recommend the use of the free sound recorder called "Freecorder". The free version of "Freecorder" will allow you to easily record your voice via any microphone and save your recording in the mp3 file format. There is also a paid version of this product which has several additional features however for the purpose of recording your voice for the singing evaluation the free version will do the job.
